The freezing cold December weather could not blunt the competitive edge as the two Nuneaton teams met again at Etone in the Centenary Trophy. Peter Dodds

Peter Dodds, an ex club captain and an honoury member of Nuneaton Hockey Club passed away on SUnday morning.   For those of you that knew Peter and the family you’d know the history of the Dodds family at Nuneaton Hockey Club. Etone saw an epic inter club battle as 2 new badgers teams fought for supremacy. The Greenfriars scored first through Aamir Lockhat-Clegg, a lead which they held till half time despite continued pressure from the Whites.
