Peter Dodds, an ex club captain and an honoury member of Nuneaton Hockey Club passed away on SUnday morning.
For those of you that knew Peter and the family you’d know the history of the Dodds family at Nuneaton Hockey Club. Peter even in recent years could be seen sitting pitch side with his son Andy watching the games on a Saturday afternoon. Even though he couldn’t play he still stayed interested in the activities of the club and was a pleasure to talk to on the side line.
I and a few others in the club will remember playing a game with “Three generations of Dodds” playing together, Peter, Andy and Ben.
